  6. Cuando hierva el agua, agrega los chiles y zanahorias. Revuelve y tapa la olla por unos 5 minutos.
  7. Parte las cebollas en 2 y rebánalas. Agrega a la olla. Revuelve y tapa por 3 minutos.
  8. Estila el agua de cocción de los chiles. Vacíalos en un molde grande de vidrio. Agrega el escabeche. Revuelve. Deja en reposo unas horas. Revuelve de vez en cuando. Nota: aquí vez los chiles color verde obscuro, en unas 5 horas, tendrán el característico color de los chiles en escabeche. Deliciosos!!!!!! Nota: he llegado a los 500 seguidores.
  9. Nota: usé aceite de oliva, pero al guardarlos en el refri, se cuajó. Pregunté a Mary Colmenares de Cookpad y ella me dijo que si usamos otro aceite no se cuaja. Le creo!!! Así lo haré la próxima vez.
