  5. 400 g harina 0000

  1. Vamos a batir en un bowls la manteca junto al azúcar hasta que tomen una consistencia tipo crema.
  2. Le agregaremos 1 huevo, esencia de vainilla (si quieren pueden poner ralladura de algún cítrico) y batir!!!
  3. Vamos a agregar los secos (si pueden previamente tamizados) y volver a batir. Una vez que tengamos nuestra masa la vamos a acomodar en papel film achatada y se va a ir a la heladera 20 min como mínimo
  4. Una vez fría vamos a sacarla de la heladera, estirarla de aproximadamente 1 cm y medio, a enmantecar nuestra tartera y con ayuda de un palote la vamos a ir acomodando sobre la tartera, a cortar los bordes y presionar por dentro para que quede bien prolija (preguntas por comentarios)
  5. El sobrante de la masa que sacamos de los bordes lo vamos a estirar y cortar nuestras tiras... y a poner sobre una placa.
    Tanto las tiras como la tarta se van a ir 20 min más a la heladera.
  6. Retiramos rellenamos con batata le ponemos ya nuestras tiras que van a estar bien duritas las acomodamos y pintaremos con la yema. Luego se va a ir a un horno precalentado a 180° por aprox 40 min! Ir controlando..
  7. Luego la pintaremos con cualquier mermelada que tengamos en la heladera para darle brillo y para recubrir la batata y que no se reseque (a mi no me gusta pero podes decorar los bordes con coco) FIN a DISFRUTAR 😃❤
