  6. En un bowl colocar los tomates cherry’s por la mitad, salpimentar y agregar un chorrito de aceite de oliva. Dejamos macerar un ratito.
  7. En una sartén con aceite de oliva salteamos desde frío nuestra cebolla de verdeo, ajo y cebolla morada, transparentamos bien sin que tome color, salamos y luego agregamos los cherry’s, tapamos y dejamos cocinar unos 10 minutos a fuego bajo.

  9. En agua previamente hervida, salamos y colocamos los ñoquis hasta que floten, una vez listos colamos y vertemos nuestros ñoquis en la sartén con la compota, mezclamos un poco apagamos el fuego y servimos espolvoreando con el verdeo!
