  4. Poner a hervir el agua
  5. Salsa: procesar la albahaca con el o los ajos, a gusto, y aceite, la cantidad es hasta lograr una mezcla cremosa, reservar
  6. Rehogar la cebolla con el morrón y los champiñones fileteados, agregar la mezcla de albahaca, un chorrito vino blanco y dejar cocinar unos minutos, luego agregar la crema
  7. Hervir los ñoquis y cuando suban a la superficie retirar. Servir con la salsa
