1. 400 gr harina 000 y 100 gr de harina leudante
2. 1 cda polvo de hornear (en este caso no)
3. 150 gr azúcar
4. 70 gr Chocolate en polvo (con o sin azúcar)
5. 75 a 80 cc de aceite de girasol o 50 gr de manteca
6. 80 cc Leche
7. 1-2 huevos
8. 1 cda esencia de vainilla
9. 300 a 400 gr de dulce de batata
10. Chips de chocolate a gusto

1. Empezamos entibiando la leche
2. En un bol agregamos el azúcar, huevos, mezclamos bien, agregamos la leche tibia, aceite, esencia de vainilla
3. Agregamos de a poco y tamizando la harina 000, la leudante, el CHOCOLATE en polvo (con azúcar o sin azúcar) (si en este paso sólo usamos harina 000 agregar 3 cda cucharada de polvo para hornear)
4. Mezclamos hasta integrar todo y quede una masa quebrada, es decir una masa arenosa pero manipulable
5. En un film ponemos la masa estiramos un poco, siémpre del mismo tamaño en todos los lados para que el reposo sea parejo
6. Llevamos a heladera 30 min, o en freezer 15 a 20 min
7. Pisamos con tenedor y agua tibia el dulce de batata, hasta lograr una papilla o puré y agregamos con cuchara o manga
8. Sacamos la masa, estiramos y formamos las pepas ( les recomiendo que el tamaño no sea muy grande por que en el horno se duplican 😊
9. Hornear a 180°c 190 °c
   15 min según su horno
   Cuando cambien el color más clarito retirar
