- Se tritura con la ayuda de un tenedor. Queda un puré de Papa..Y se aparta..
- Ahora hacer el Hogao: Con las cebollas, el tomate, el color, el pimentón y el ajo, y 1 taza donde se cocino la Papa. Se le agrega Sal y pimienta.Se deja cocinar un rato a fuego medio.. Revolviendo con una cuchara de madera..
