  6. Luego le agregamos las batatas y las verduras, con una cuchara de madera mezclar y machacar un poco la batata (me gusta en lo personal)
  7. Poner a calentar una sart茅n a fuego fuerte con un chorrito de aceite (yo us茅 oliva), volcar la preparaci贸n y bajar el fuego, tapar. Con una esp谩tula ir mirando si se va cocinando por abajo, una vez listo con un plato dar vuelta la tortilla.
  8. Volver a aceitar la sart茅n y colocar la tortilla para que se cocine del otro lado. Al darla vuelta, con una esp谩tula meter los bordes de la tortilla para adentro d谩ndole forma.
