- Poner el agua y el azúcar a fuego medio hasta lograr el almíbar sin dejar de revolver hasta que rompa hervor y revolver durante 5 minutos más.

- Luego agregarle el puré previamente pisado dentro del almíbar en el fuego medio y pisar todo hasta que se una o si se quiere batir todo y regresar al fuego durante 20 minutos.

- Luego preparar el Agar Agar con un poquito de a agua apenas disolver bien y colocarlo en la preparación ya antes mencionada a fuego medio y seguir revolviendo hasta cumplir los 20 minutos y dejar enfriar un poco y agregarle la esencia de vainilla a gusto.

- Luego volcar la preparación tibia en los moldes y separar algunas cucharadas de la preparación y mezclar con dos cucharadas de cacao amargo en caso de no tener se puede reemplazar por cacao común mezclar bien y volver a volcar en el molde para lograr el dulce con chocolate, el de cerezas es el mismo solo que se le introducen las cerezas.

- En este caso es el dulce clásico sin cerezas ni chocolate dejar enfriar en el freezer durante 1hs luego desmoldar.... En la imagen se me rompió ya que me quedé sin moldes y lo puse en un tupper.
